Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at info@avantilithograph.com with your order details and photos of the item and packaging.

Returns must be shipped back in original packaging materials. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds or replacements will be processed upon inspection of the returned item.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing inaccuracies and cancel orders affected by such errors before shipment.

Edition Numbers

Limited editions may display example edition numbers online. Actual edition numbers shipped may vary unless a specific number has been confirmed in writing prior to shipment.

Acceptance of Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors. In such cases, your payment will be refunded promptly.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied where required by law, based on the shipping destination or pickup location.

We strive to describe all artworks and products accurately. However, Avanti Lithograph does not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free or complete. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition for a refund or exchange.

IV. Disputes and Governing Law

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of Avanti Lithograph or to products purchased from us will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert qualifying claims in small claims court.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern this agreement. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

We each agree to bring claims only on an individual basis, and not in a class or representative action. If for any reason a dispute proceeds in court, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
